Ackerman lost 11-6 to Kerri Einarson (Gimli, CAN) where Ackerman responded with a 9-6 win over Stacie Curtis (St.John's, NL). Ackerman went on to lose 13-4 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
