Tiffany Armstrong (Dauphin, MB) finished 2-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Armstrong defeated Terry Ursel (Arden, MB) 10-6, then won 11-1 against Ursel in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Manitoba Scotties - West Regional Championship title, Armstrong earned 3.750 world rankings points.
