Cathy Auld (Kingston, ON) finished 2-3 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Auld defeated Sierra Sutherland (Ottawa, ON) 9-4, then went on to lose 6-4 against Hollie Duncan (Toronto, ON). Auld responded with a 9-6 win over Julia Markle (London, ON). Auld went on to lose 9-8 against Chelsea Brandwood (Listowel, ON). Auld lost 9-2 to Amanda Gebhardt (Listowel, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Auld earned 1.875 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 27 of the event schedule, Auld did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Auld ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
