Vitor De Melo (Sao Paulo, BRA) finished 2-4 in the 22-team qualifying round. . De Melo lost 10-4 to William Becker (Naseby, NZL). De Melo lost 10-5 to Wesley Wendling (Wausau, USA). De Melo lost 5-4 to Roberts Buncis (Riga, LAT) in their final qualifying round match.
