Adela Walczak (Lodz, POL) finished 4-2 in the 26-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Walczak lost 8-5 to Astrid Pfluegler (Kitzbuehel, AUT), then responded with a 10-2 win over Madeleine Spurgeon (Kingston, JAM).
