Irelande McMahon (Calgary, AB) run at the 2023 Curling Alberta Excel Cup came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-2 loss to Gracelyn Richards (Edmonton, AB).

McMahon finished 1-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McMahon lost 9-1 to Richards, droppimg another game, 6-5 to Emma Deschiffart (Lacombe, AB). McMahon lost 7-3 to Emily Bowles (Victoria, BC) where McMahon responded with a 7-5 win over Shianna Lind (Innisfail, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
