Zach Davies (Edmonton, AB) is set to play Kinley Burton (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Curling Alberta Excel Cup, held November 24 - 26, 2023 at the Okotoks Curling Club in Okotoks, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Davies won 7-6 over Adam Elsenheimer (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals

In their opening game, Davies lost 5-4 to Peter Hlushak (Edmonton, AB), droppimg another game, 6-2 to Elsenheimer where Davies responded with a 9-4 win over Adam Fenton (New Westminster, BC). Davies won 6-2 against Lowell Whittmire (Castor, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Davies ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
