Eun ji Gim (Uijeongbu, KOR) lost 5-3 to Eunjung Kim (Gangneung, KOR) in the Final of the Uiseong Korean Cup, held November 20 - 24, 2023 in Uiseong, Korea. To advance to the championship game, Gim won 8-3 over Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR) in the semifinals

Gim finished 4-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gim defeated Kim 6-5, then won 7-5 against Minseo Kim (Jeonbuk, KOR) and 9-7 against Minjae Jung (Uiseong, KOR). Gim won 7-5 against Youbeen Park (Seoul, KOR). Gim went on to lose 5-4 against Ha. Gim lost 0-0 to Ha in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Uiseong Korean Cup, Gim take home 16.500 world rankings points. For week 18 of the event schedule, Gim did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 2nd place on the World Ranking Standings with 387.312 total points. Gim ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 232.500 points earned so far this season.
