Gim won 7-5 against Youbeen Park (Seoul, KOR). Gim went on to lose 5-4 against Ha. Gim lost 0-0 to Ha in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Uiseong Korean Cup, Gim take home 16.500 world rankings points. For week 18 of the event schedule, Gim did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 2nd place on the World Ranking Standings with 387.312 total points.
