In their opening game, Daigle defeated Mackenzie Mitchell (Halifax, NS) 7-2, then won 13-3 against Lauren Ferguson (Charlottetown, PEI) and 5-3 against Marie Christianson (Halifax, NS). Daigle won 7-6 against Black, then won 6-3 against Jocelyn Adams (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the The Curling Store Cashspiel Championship title, Daigle earned 11.250 world rankings points along with the $2,700CDN first prize cheque, moving up 10 spots the World Ranking Standings into 51st place overall with 59.782 total points. Daigle ranks 50th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.000 points earned so far this season.
