Cindy Ricci (Regina, SK) won 5-3 over Jessica Mitchell (Saskatoon, SK) in the Final of the Regina Highland Rocktoberfest, held October 6 - 9, 2023 in Regina, Saskatchewan. To advance to the championship game, Ricci won 7-1 over Bailey Kozma (Regina, SK) in the semifinals of the 2023 Regina Highland Rocktoberfest in Regina, Saskatchewan; and won 8-2 over Sherrilee Orsted (Moose Jaw, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Regina Highland Rocktoberfest in Regina, Saskatchewan;

Ricci finished 3-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ricci defeated Kozma 6-4, then won 7-6 against Jenna Pomedli (Saskatoon, SK). Ricci went on to lose 7-5 against Mitchell. Ricci responded with a 5-4 win over Kyla Thies (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Regina Highland Rocktoberfest Championship title, Ricci earned 11.250 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 11 of the event schedule, Ricci did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ricci ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
