Daniel Casper (Chaska, MN) run at the 2024 USA Curling National Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-5 loss to John Shuster (Duluth , MN). of the 2024 USA Curling National Championships in East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States;
 
Casper finished 4-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Casper defeated Rich Ruohonen (Minneapolis, MN) 9-4, then went on to lose 11-5 against Wesley Wendling (Wausau, WI). Casper responded with a 11-6 win over Scott Dunnam (Philadelphia, PA). Casper went on to lose 8-5 against Shuster. Casper lost 7-2 to Korey Dropkin (Duluth, MN) where Casper responded with a 7-4 win over Nicholas Connolly (Seattle, WA). Casper won 9-6 against Ethan Sampson (Chaska, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Casper earned 21.250 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the USA Curling National Championships.
