Susan Froud (Alliston, ON) won 10-4 over Nancy Martin (Martensville, SK) in the Final of the Everest Canadian Senior Championships, held December 3 - 9, 2023 at the Vernon Curling Club in Vernon, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Froud won 5-3 over Atina Ford-Johnston (Okotoks, AB) in the semifinals of the 2024 Everest Canadian Senior Championships in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Froud finished 7-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Froud lost 5-4 to Shelly Bradley (Cornwall, PEI), then responded with a 7-3 win over Geneva Chislett (Iqaluit, NU). Froud won 6-3 against Joelle Brown (Winnipeg, MB), then won 9-8 against Chantal Osborne (Thurso, QC) and 8-1 against Lorna Spenner (Whitehorse, YK). Froud won 9-2 against Andrea Saulnier (Kentville, NS), then won 5-4 against Diane Gushulak (New Westminster, BC). Froud went on to lose 4-3 against Ford-Johnston. Froud responded with a 8-3 win over Sharon Cormier (Yellowknife, NT). Froud went on to lose 8-4 against Martin in their final qualifying round match.
