Meaghan Mallett/Brendan Jackson (Toronto, ON) finished 2-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mallett/Jackson defeated Jessica Shipmaker/Mike Aprile (Mississauga, ON) 9-6, then went on to lose 6-5 against Kimberley Headley/John Headley (Newmarket, ON). Mallett/Jackson responded with a 8-5 win over Olivia Forster/Kyle Forster (Elmira, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

The berth into the first round of the Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship playoffs earned Mallett/Jackson 1.500 world rankings points. For week 25 of the event schedule, Mallett/Jackson did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 59th to 65th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 26.968 total points. Mallett/Jackson ranks 70th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 17.624 points earned so far this season.
