Jan Iseli (Solothun, SUI) run at the 2023 Aberdeen Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 10-5 loss to Yves Stocker (Zug, SUI).

Iseli finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Iseli defeated Ross Craik (Stirling, SCO) 8-3, then went on to lose 7-3 against Benny Kapp (Fuessen, GER). Iseli responded with a 8-6 win over Glen Muirhead (Perth, SCO). Iseli won 6-5 against Kyle Waddell (Hamilton, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Iseli earned 10.625 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Aberdeen Classic, moving up 16 spots the World Ranking Standings into 59th place overall with 58.586 total points. Iseli ranks 62nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 36.625 points earned so far this season.
