Benny Kapp (Fuessen, GER) won 7-2 over Yves Stocker (Zug, SUI) in the Final of the Aberdeen Classic, held December 8 - 10, 2023 at the Curl Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, Kapp won 7-3 over Andreas Harstad (Oppdal, NOR) in the semifinals of the 2023 Aberdeen Classic in Aberdeen, Scotland, Scotland;
 
Kapp finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kapp defeated Kyle Waddell (Hamilton, SCO) 8-4, then won 7-3 against Jan Iseli (Solothun, SUI) and 7-6 against Ross Craik (Stirling, SCO). Kapp won 9-3 against Glen Muirhead (Perth, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Aberdeen Classic Championship title, Kapp earned 18.750 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque. Kapp move up 6 spots after posting a net gain of 18.375 points improving upon their best 6 results so far this season, ranking 35th overall with 113.986 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Kapp ranks 29th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 90.125 points earned so far this season.
