To advance to the championship game, Reese-Hansen/Chester won 9-7 over Courtney Woo/Daniel Wenzek (New Westminster, BC) in the semifinals of the 2023 Victoria Mixed Doubles Cash Spiel in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada; and won 6-3 over Sasha Wilson/Alex Horvath (Victoria, BC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Victoria Mixed Doubles Cash Spiel in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Reese-Hansen/Chester finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Reese-Hansen/Chester defeated Mallett/Meister 8-5, then won 7-3 against Leah Johnston/Andrew Johnston (Victoria, BC) and 11-1 against April Gale Seixeiro/Steve Seixeiro (Lisbon, POR).
