Sarah Wark (Abbotsford, BC) run at the 2023 Island Shootout came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-3 loss to Kristen Ryan (Maple Ridge, BC). of the 2023 Island Shootout in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada;

Wark finished 4-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wark defeated Roselyn Craig (Victoria, BC) 7-4, then won 8-7 against Kelly Ellis (Richmond, BC) and 10-6 against Steph Jackson-Baier (Victoria, BC). Wark won 7-5 against Holly Hafeli (Kamloops, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Wark earned 1.813 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Island Shootout.
