To advance to the championship game, Fujisawa won 10-8 over Tabitha Peterson (St. Paul, USA) in the semifinals of the 2024 Pan-Continental Championships in Kelowna, British Columbia;
 
Fujisawa finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fujisawa defeated Jessica Smith (Nasbey, NZL) 9-4, then won 10-7 against Kerri Einarson (Gimli, CAN) and 9-1 against Adriana Camarena (Mexico City, MEX). Fujisawa won 10-1 against Cynthia Lu (Taipei City, TPE). Fujisawa went on to lose 8-2 against Gim. Fujisawa responded with a 8-3 win over Peterson. Fujisawa won 10-4 against Australia's Jennifer Westhagen in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Pan-Continental Championships, Fujisawa take home 35.750 world rankings points, remaining in 7th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 31.25 after improving upon their best so far this season. Fujisawa ranks 11th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 98.750 points earned so far this season.
