To advance to the championship game, Wrana won 4-2 over Eunjung Kim (Gangneung, KOR) in the semifinals of the 2023 Insitu Players Open in Dundas, Ontario, Canada; and won 5-2 over Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Insitu Players Open in Dundas, Ontario, Canada;
Wrana finished 3-2 in the 25-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Ikue Kitazawa (Nagano, JPN) 8-7, then went on to lose 5-3 against Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN). Wrana responded with a 10-4 win over Shelley Hardy (Sarnia, ON). Wrana won 7-5 against Hailey Armstrong (Ottawa, ON). Wrana went on to lose 6-3 against Hasselborg in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Insitu Players Open, Wrana take home 38.500 world rankings points along with the $14,000CDN prize, remaining in 7th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 23.5 after improving upon their best so far this season. Wrana ranks 5th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 83.500 points earned so far this season.
