In their opening game, Epping defeated ByeongJin Jeong (Seoul, KOR) 8-3, then won 7-2 against Cameron Bryce (Border, SCO) and 5-1 against Mark Kean (Woodstock, ON). Epping went on to lose 8-7 against Retornaz. Epping lost 10-3 to Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
