Delaney Strouse (Traverse City, MI) won 6-5 over Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA) in the Final of the Euro Super Series, held August 17 - 20, 2023 in Stirling, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, Strouse won 6-3 over Robyn Munro (Stirling, GBR) in the semifinals of the 2023 Euro Super Series in Stirling, Scotland;
Strouse finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Strouse defeated Lucy Blair (Stirling, SCO) 9-2, then won 5-1 against Marianne Roervik (Lillehammer, NOR). Strouse went on to lose 12-9 against Emira Abbes (Fuessen, GER). Strouse responded with a 9-3 win over Rebecca Morrison (Stirling , SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Euro Super Series Championship title, Strouse earned 26.250 world rankings points along with the $5,136CDN first prize cheque, moving up 6 spots the World Ranking Standings into 22nd place overall with 142.500 total points. Strouse ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 26.250 points earned so far this season.
