To advance to the championship game, Yoshimura won 7-6 over Miori Nakamura (Aomori, JPN) in the semifinals of the 2023 Hokkaido Bank Curling Classic in Sapporo, Japan;
Yoshimura finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yoshimura defeated Asuka Kanai (Karuizawa, JPN) 7-2, then won 7-5 against Tabata and 7-6 against Youbeen Park (Seoul, KOR). Yoshimura won 5-3 against Yuina Miura (Nayoro, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Hokkaido Bank Curling Classic Championship title, Yoshimura earned 15.000 world rankings points along with the $9,292CDN first prize cheque, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 22nd place overall with 139.688 total points. Yoshimura ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.000 points earned so far this season.
