Hartwell lost 9-5 to Gracelyn Richards (Edmonton, AB). Hartwell lost 8-7 to Nicky Kaufman (Edmonron, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Hartwell earned 2.250 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 66th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 1.5 after improving upon their best so far this season.
