Black finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Black defeated Lauren Ferguson (Cornwall, PEI) 7-5, then won 9-1 against Nicole Arsenault-Bishop (Moncton, NB) and 7-3 against Jocelyn Adams-Moss (Halifax, NS). Black went on to lose 9-3 against Sophie Blades (Summerside/Cornwall, PEI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Black earned 4.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Bogside Cup. For week 20 of the event schedule, Black did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 175th to 179th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 5.297 total points.
