Jones/Laing Reaches 2024 Mixed Doubles Players' Championship Semifinals

Jennifer Jones/Brent Laing (Barrie, ON) run at the 2024 Mixed Doubles Players' Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-5 loss to Kristin Moen Skaslien/Magnus Nedregotten (Oslo, NOR). of the 2024 Mixed Doubles Players' Championship in Brantford, Ontario; Jones/Laing advanced through the quarterfinals with a 8-3 win over Riley Sandham/Wayne Tuck (Guelph, ON).

Jones/Laing finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jones/Laing defeated Lauren Wasylkiw/Shane Konings (Stouffville, ON) 9-3, then won 8-4 against Madison Kleiter/Rylan Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK) and 8-2 against Megan Smith/Doug Thomson (Newmarket, ON). Jones/Laing won 6-4 against Jaelyn Cotter/Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Jones/Laing earned 27.625 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Mixed Doubles Players' Championship.
