Kaldvee/Lill finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kaldvee/Lill lost 7-6 to Therese Westman/Robin Ahlberg (Stockholm, SWE), then responded with a 8-3 win over Skaslien/Nedregotten. Kaldvee/Lill won 12-0 against Jenna Page/Joey Rettinger (Hamilton, ON), then won 7-6 against Brittany Tran/Catlin Schneider (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Mixed Doubles Players' Championship Championship title, Kaldvee/Lill earned 48.750 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 6th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 3.562 after improving upon their best so far this season. Kaldvee/Lill ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 108.625 points earned so far this season.
