Kaldvee Reaches 2023 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship Quarters

Marie Kaldvee (Tallinn, EST) qualified for the 2023 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-5 against Martine Roenning (Lillehammer, NOR). of the 2023 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship in Gangneung, Korea;

Kaldvee won 6-5 against Jennifer Dodds (Stirling, SCO), then won 9-3 against Tahli Gill (Melbourne, AUS) and 7-6 against Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). Kaldvee went on to lose 8-6 against Vanessa Tonoli (Zoetermeer, NED) in their final qualifying round match.

Kaldvee earned 33.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship. For week 39 of the event schedule, Kaldvee did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kaldvee ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
