To advance to the championship game, Gray-Withers won 5-2 over Paige Bown (Navan, ON) in the semifinals of the 2023 U25 NextGen Classic in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada;
Gray-Withers finished 5-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gray-Withers defeated Melodie Forsythe (Fredericton, NB) 9-5, then won 7-1 against Holly Hafeli (Kamloops, BC) and 5-4 against Mackenzie Kiemele (Toronto, ON). Gray-Withers won 9-1 against Grace Beaudry (Calgary, AB), then won 5-4 against Skylar Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the U25 NextGen Classic Championship title, Gray-Withers earned 18.750 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 28th place overall with 123.000 total points. Gray-Withers ranks 17th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 18.750 points earned so far this season.
