Isabella Wrana (Sundybergs, SWE) won 7-1 over Anette Norberg (Harnosands, SWE) in the Final Wrana advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the Swedish Eliteserien, held March 9 - 12, 2023 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

Wrana finished 3-1 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Moa Dryburgh (Sundybergs, SWE) 6-4, then went on to lose 8-7 against Mikaela Altebro (Mjolby, SWE). Wrana responded with a 10-2 win over Norberg. Wrana won 6-0 against Filippa Burman Fesse (Uppsala, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swedish Eliteserien Championship title, Wrana earned 7.500 world rankings points.
