Miia Ahrenberg (Lohja, ) won 5-4 over Emmi Lindroos (Helsinki, FIN) in the Final of the Finnish Women's Championships, held February 17 - 19, 2023 in Joensuu, Finland. To advance to the championship game, Ahrenberg won 8-6 over Elina Virtaala (Joensuu-Ahvenanmaa, ) in the semifinals

Ahrenberg finished 2-2 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ahrenberg defeated Ella Eivola (Turku-Hyvinkaa, FIN) 13-1, then went on to lose 5-4 against Lindroos. Ahrenberg responded with a 14-3 win over Henna Isoniemi (Turku-Hyvinkaa, FIN). Ahrenberg went on to lose 8-1 against Virtaala in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Finnish Women's Championships Championship title, Ahrenberg earned 3.750 world rankings points. For week 29 of the event schedule, Ahrenberg did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ahrenberg ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
