In their opening game, Schwaller/Schwaller defeated Sarah Schaar/Michael Bugnon (Flims, SUI) 10-3, then won 10-5 against Lea Hueppi/Jonas Weiss (Dubendorf, SUI) and 8-2 against Marina Loertscher/Pablo Lachat (Lausanne, SUI). Schwaller/Schwaller won 6-5 against Selina Witschonke/Simon Gloor (St. Moritz, SUI), then won 7-4 against Switzerland's Stephanie Kupper/Thomas Kupper. Schwaller/Schwaller went on to lose 6-5 against Paetz/Michael. Schwaller/Schwaller responded with a 8-7 win over Rupp/Wunderlin. Schwaller/Schwaller won 7-4 against Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI), then won 1-0 against Sarah Mueller/Marco Hoesli (Bern, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swiss Mixed Doubles Championship Championship title, Schwaller/Schwaller earned 30.000 world rankings points.
