Jacques finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jacques defeated Warren Kozak (Calgary, AB) 10-1, then went on to lose 7-2 against Davies. Jacques responded with a 9-4 win over James Pahl (Edmonton, AB). Jacques won 6-2 against Jacob Libbus (Okotoks, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Saville Grand Prix Championship title, Jacques earned 7.500 world rankings points along with the $4,000CDN first prize cheque. Jacques move up 4 spots after posting a net gain of 5.812 points improving upon their best 4 results so far this season, ranking 55th overall with 65.625 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
