Ryan Wiebe (Winnipeg, MB) qualified for the 2023 Saville Shootout playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-6 against Catlin Schneider (Victoria, BC). of the 2023 Saville Shootout in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada;

Wiebe finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wiebe defeated Jacob Libbus (Okotoks, AB) 7-2, then won 12-6 against Scott Webb (Grande Prairie, AB) and 10-3 against Kenan Wipf (Calgary, AB). Wiebe went on to lose 7-6 against Schneider. Wiebe responded with a 7-4 win over Brendan Bottcher (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
