Marks went on to lose 8-6 against Heather Nedohin (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Marks earned 5.250 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 7 of the event schedule, Marks did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 40th to 41st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 80.907 total points. Marks ranks 18th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 22.813 points earned so far this season.
