To advance to the championship game, Gim won 7-4 over Beth Peterson (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2023 Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; and won 8-5 over Jessie Hunkin (Spruce Grove, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic in Calgary, Alberta, Canada;
Gim finished 4-0 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gim defeated Morgan Muise (Edmonton, AB) 7-1, then won 7-5 against Selena Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) and 7-4 against Hunkin to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 7-5 against Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic Championship title, Gim earned 48.750 world rankings points along with the $12,250CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 4th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 32.25 after improving upon their best so far this season. Gim ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 95.750 points earned so far this season.
