Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR) won 5-4 over Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO) in the Final of the Stu Sells Oakville Tankard, held September 8 - 11, 2023 at the Oakville Curling Club in Oakville, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Ha won 7-0 over Delaney Strouse (Traverse City, MI) in the semifinals of the 2023 Stu Sells Oakville Tankard in Oakville, Ontario, Canada; and won 6-3 over Christina Black (Halifax, NS) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Stu Sells Oakville Tankard in Oakville, Ontario, Canada;

Ha finished 3-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ha defeated Tori Zemmelink (Guelph, ON) 9-2, then won 8-2 against Isabelle Ladouceur (Whitby, ON). Ha went on to lose 6-1 against Jessica Daigle (Halifax , NS). Ha responded with a 8-2 win over Shelley Hardy (Sarnia, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Stu Sells Oakville Tankard Championship title, Ha earned 37.500 world rankings points along with the $8,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 14th place overall with 210.875 total points. Ha ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 54.500 points earned so far this season.
