Blades finished 6-2 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Blades defeated Melodie Forsythe (Fredericton, NB) 8-7, then won 14-6 against Anne Sophie Gionest (Alma, QC) and 10-8 against Grace Beaudry (Winnipeg, MB). Blades won 14-4 against Reese Wainman (Inuvik, NT). Blades went on to lose 12-8 against Tori Zemmelink (Ottawa, ON). Blades lost 10-8 to Mackenzie Mitchell (St.John's, NL) where Blades responded with a 10-7 win over Jenna Campbell (Fredericton, NB). Blades won 7-4 against Ella Lenentine (Cornwall, PEI) in their final qualifying round match.
Blades earned 9.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the New Holland Canadian Junior Championship. For week 35 of the event schedule, Blades did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Blades ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
