Mitchell finished 4-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mitchell lost 9-4 to Croisier, droppimg another game, 12-2 to Courtney Auld (Toronto, ON) where Mitchell responded with a 9-5 win over Kayla Wilson (Victoria, BC). Mitchell won 7-6 against Maddy Warriner (Hamilton, ON), then won 11-2 against Rachel MacLean (Charlottetown, PEI) and 9-2 against Marin Callaghan (Halifax, NS). Mitchell went on to lose 10-3 against Gray-Withers in their final qualifying round match.
With their fourth place finish at the USPORT Curling Canada University Championships, Mitchell take home 4.500 world rankings points. For week 33 of the event schedule, Mitchell did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Mitchell ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
