Horgan won 8-4 against Purdy, then won 7-5 against Jamie Stewart (Federicton, NB). Horgan went on to lose 5-3 against McEachren. Horgan responded with a 6-4 win over Kenan Wipf (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

For week 33 of the event schedule, Horgan did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
