Homan finished 4-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan defeated Kate Cameron (Winnipeg, MB) 7-5, then won 7-1 against Christina Black (Halifax, NS) and 7-2 against Einarson. Homan won 6-4 against Hasselborg in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the KIOTI National, Homan take home 55.000 world rankings points along with the $34,000CDN prize.
