Danielle Inglis (Ottawa, ON) run at the 2023 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2 came to an end in the semifinals with a 10-4 loss to Eunjung Kim (Gangneung, KOR). of the 2023 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2 in Niagara Falls, Ontario; Inglis advanced through the quarterfinals with a 7-6 win over Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN).
Inglis finished 2-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Inglis lost 4-3 to Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB), then responded with a 6-5 win over Delaney Strouse (Traverse City, MI). Inglis won 6-3 against Michele Jaeggi (Bern, SUI). Inglis went on to lose 9-4 against Jessie Hunkin (Spruce Grove, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
Inglis earned 23.375 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2. Inglis move up 5 spots after posting a net gain of 9.469 points improving upon their best 4 results so far this season, ranking 26th overall with 138.281 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Inglis ranks 20th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 68.750 points earned so far this season.
