McEwen went on to lose 5-3 against Marco Hoesli (Glarus, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

McEwen earned 23.375 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2. McEwen move up 5 spots after posting a net gain of 6.269 points improving upon their best 4 results so far this season, ranking 15th overall with 172.652 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
