Sere Politano (Ardsley, NY) won 8-4 over Ann Swisshelm (Detroit, MI) in the Final of the USA Curling Club National Championships, held March 16 - 19, 2023 in Wausau, Wisconsin. To advance to the championship game, Politano won 7-2 over Cynthia Smith (Denver, CO) in the semifinals of the 2023 USA Curling Club National Championships in Wausau, Wisconsin;
 
Politano finished 3-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Politano defeated Adriana Camarena (Oakland, CA) 3-1, then won 4-3 against Swisshelm. Politano went on to lose 7-6 against Julie Segovia (Houston, TX). Politano responded with a 6-4 win over Jamie Kraus (Duluth, MN). Politano went on to lose 13-2 against Sarah Walsh (Oakland, CA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Politano ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
