In their opening game, Schoell/Harsch defeated Rachele Scalesse/Fabrizio Gallo (Pinerolo, ITA) 10-4, then won 7-6 against Maurino/Gonin and 10-4 against Veronica Zappone/Marco Pascale (Pinerolo, ITA).
