Jak Knefel (Rochester, NY) qualified for the 2023 USA Curling College Championship playoffs, set to play their quarterfinals match against Korey Garceau (Superior, WI).

Knefel are currently 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Knefel lost 7-4 to Jacob Lorelli (Troy, NY), then responded with a 7-6 win over Megan Harper (Toledo, OH). Knefel won 8-2 against Mallory Wickline (State College, PA). In their next game, Knefel plays.
