Skylar Ackerman/Carson Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK) qualified for the 2023 Saskatchewan Mixed Doubles Curling Provincials playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Saskatchewan's Stephanie Bukurak/Adam Bukurak. of the 2023 Saskatchewan Mixed Doubles Curling Provincials in Weyburn, Saskatchewan;

Ackerman/Ackerman finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ackerman/Ackerman defeated Jill Springer/Garret Springer (Regina, SK) 7-5, then won 8-2 against Saskatchewan's Amber Montgomery/Daniel Mutlow and 8-3 against Brett Barber/Mitch Heidt (Kerrobert , SK). Ackerman/Ackerman went on to lose 9-8 against Saskatchewan's Stephanie Bukurak/Adam Bukurak. Ackerman/Ackerman responded with a 7-5 win over Rianna Kish/Bryden Tessier (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Ackerman/Ackerman earned 7.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Saskatchewan Mixed Doubles Curling Provincials.
