Rianna Kish/Bryden Tessier (Saskatoon, SK) finished 2-3 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kish/Tessier defeated
Saskatchewan's Stephanie Bukurak/Adam Bukurak 8-7, then went on to lose 8-6 against Jill Springer/Garret Springer (Regina, SK). Kish/Tessier lost 7-4 to Saskatchewan's Amber Montgomery/Daniel Mutlow where Kish/Tessier responded with a 11-7 win over Brett Barber/Mitch Heidt (Kerrobert , SK). Kish/Tessier went on to lose 7-5 against Skylar Ackerman/Carson Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Kish/Tessier earned 1.875 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 31 of the event schedule, Kish/Tessier did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kish/Tessier ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
