Richard Hills (Kent, ENG) finished 2-2 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hills lost 10-2 to Andrew Woolston (Kent, ENG), then responded with a 6-5 win over Owen Rees (Kent, ENG). Hills won 6-5 against Fraser Clark (Kent, ENG). Hills went on to lose 9-1 against Rob Retchless (Kent, ENG) in their final qualifying round match.
