Advancing directly to the semifinals, Brown won 8-2 over Skylar Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK) to advance to the championship game. of the 2023 SGI Canada Best of the West in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada;

Brown finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brown defeated Elysa Crough (Edmonton, AB) 5-4, then went on to lose 7-1 against Jessica Mitchell (Saskatoon, SK). Brown responded with a 6-3 win over Rocque. Brown won 6-2 against Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the SGI Canada Best of the West Championship title, Brown earned 22.500 world rankings points along with the $10,000CDN first prize cheque.
