To advance to the championship game, Hasselborg won 6-3 over Moa Dryburgh (Sundbyberg, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2023 Swedish Curling Championships in Karlstad, Sweden;
 
Hasselborg finished 2-1 in the 4-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hasselborg defeated Dryburgh 6-2, then went on to lose 8-3 against Wrana. Hasselborg responded with a 6-1 win over Tova Sundberg (Karlsad, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Swedish Curling Championships Championship title, Hasselborg earned 18.750 world rankings points. Hasselborg gained -37.627 points improving upon their best 7 events, though dropped 2 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 8thplace overall with 243.690 total points.
